• “Services” refers to consultancy, training, audit support, documentation support, certification guidance, compliance solutions, sustainability consulting, and related professional services provided by the Company.
• “Website” refers to the official WorldCert Alliance website.
• “Content” means any text, images, documents, data, reports, training materials, or information shared through the Website or Services.
• “Third-Party Certification Body” means any independent certification, accreditation, testing, inspection, or verification organization associated with certification activities.
• “Country” refers to the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Services provided by WorldCert Alliance and constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.
By accessing Our Website or using Our Services, You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must discontinue the use of Our Services immediately.
You confirm that You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to act on behalf of a company or organization.

Consultancy and Certification Services
WorldCert Alliance provides professional consultancy and support services related to management systems, sustainability standards, social compliance, textile certifications, food safety certifications, ESG programs, and other international standards.
The Company acts as a consultancy and advisory organization only and does not guarantee certification approval, audit success, or accreditation decisions by third-party certification bodies.
Final certification decisions remain solely under the authority of independent certification or accreditation organizations.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information required for consultancy services.
• Cooperate with the Company during audits, assessments, training, and documentation reviews.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and certification requirements.
• Ensure that all documents, records, and declarations provided are authentic and lawful.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, non-conformities, or certification rejection caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Payments and Fees
All consultancy fees, training fees, audit coordination fees, and related charges must be paid according to the agreed quotation, proposal, invoice, or contract terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
• Additional services requested outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
The Client shall bear all applicable taxes, bank charges, and government fees unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, training content, templates, presentations, reports, logos, and documents provided by WorldCert Alliance remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Company materials without prior written consent.
All trademarks, service marks, and branding associated with WorldCert Alliance are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all business information, operational records, and proprietary data received from Clients during the provision of Services.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except:
• When required by law or regulatory authorities,
• With the Client’s written consent,
• Or when necessary for certification-related processes involving authorized third parties.
The Client also agrees not to disclose confidential methodologies, pricing structures, or proprietary materials of the Company.
Training and Audit Support
Participation in training programs or consultancy activities does not automatically qualify or certify any participant or organization.
WorldCert Alliance may issue participation certificates for training programs; however, such certificates do not represent formal accreditation or certification unless specifically stated.
Audit schedules, timelines, and certification processes may depend on third-party certification bodies and external factors beyond the Company’s control.
Website Usage
You agree not to:
• Use the Website for unlawful purposes,
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
• Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious code,
• Copy or misuse Website content without authorization,
• Misrepresent Your identity or organization.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any misuse or violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our Website or Services may contain links to third-party websites, certification bodies, or external service providers.
The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or decisions of any third-party organizations.
Clients are encouraged to review the terms and policies of such third parties independently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldCert Alliance shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
• Loss of business, profits, contracts, or opportunities,
• Delays caused by third-party certification bodies,
• Suspension, withdrawal, or rejection of certifications by external organizations,
• Any actions taken by regulatory or accreditation authorities.
The total liability of the Company for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant service.
Disclaimer
All Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
While the Company strives to provide accurate consultancy and professional guidance, We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, guaranteed certification approval, or specific business outcomes.
The Client acknowledges that certification decisions are made independently by authorized certification bodies.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately if:
• The Client breaches these Terms,
• Fraudulent or misleading information is provided,
• Payments remain overdue,
• Or the Client engages in unlawful or unethical conduct.
Upon termination, outstanding payments and obligations remain enforceable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Country of operation of WorldCert Alliance, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion and negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable Country.
Changes to These Terms
WorldCert Alliance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms will become effective immediately upon publication on the Website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
